2015 Tullytown Boro Memorial Day Parade

On May 23rd 2015 Tullytown Boro  will be hosting it annual memorial day parade starting 12pm and going from mankraft to the Tullytown boro building. Following the parade a brief service to honor all the past and still servicing  members of our armed services. There will be a free concert that night in the Tullytown park. So come on out and see this parade as its get bigger and better every year.

Engine and Field Run afternoon brush Fire in 30-65 local

on April 29th Field 33 was dispatched along with station 30 to the penn warner club in the area of the 300 lots for a large brush fire along the railroad tracks. At 1759hrs field 33 was enroute, at 1801hrs chief 30 went scene reporting a 200X200 brush fire. field 33 went on scene shorty after and went into service with a booster and attack line. At 1802 hrs Engine co. 33 along with the chief were responding. When engine comapny arrived on scene they assited field 33 crew with fire attack. The engine company supplied the feild with water also had a 300ft attack line in service as well. stations 30,33,32,10,98,0 all operated on the scene. Both Field and Engine 33 were AIQ at 1941hrs.




Engine Company Runs Early Afternoon Brush Fire In 32s Local

At 12:31 hrs Engine Co 33 was dispatched on local box 32-23 for a brush fire along Mill Creek Parkway at North park. At 12:35 Deputy Chief  R. Johnson and Engine Co. 33 was on the street with a 4 man crew, upon arrival with Engine co. 32 crews found a fence and good part of a back yard on fire crews from Engine 32 went in service with a booster line and the Crew from Engine 33 assited with rakes and hooks to put out the small fire. Both Engine Companys were AIQ at 1243hrs.

Field and Utility Run afternoon brush fire in 30-24 local

Monday, April 21, 2014 At 15:03 hrs Field 33 along with Field 21 was dispatched on local box 30-24 to the Tyburn Rd rail yard for a large brush fire. While enroute Field 33 was rerouted to canal road to check on other reports of fires along the tracks. Utility 33 was enroute shorty after the field and the utility’s crew went to work off of post road with Field 21′s crew extinguishing another large brush fire at that location. Both crews were in service for about two and half hours and were AIQ about 17:30 hrs



Engine Co. Runs Early Morning House Fire

Sunday, February 16, 2014 04:35 Engine Co. 33 was dispatched @ 04:28hrs along with Stations 32,10,31,98 to 34 pensive lane in the the pinewood section for a reported dwelling fire. At 0435hrs Chief 10 (C. Pierce) went on location reporting a one story single family wood frame dwelling fire through the roof. Engine Co. 33 and Assistant chief Dixon arrived on scene and went to work assisting Engine 32s crew with interior ops and opening the dwelling up.Engine co. was on scene for about an hour and was AIQ @ 0557hrs. Santa vists Tullytown Boro!

Saturday, December 21, 2013 The Tullytown Fire company escorted the jolly big guy around their first due on Dec. 21 2013. santa rode on his own engine provided By Global Emergency vehicles(GEV) while in his travels his helpers from the fire company also collected nonperishable foods and toys for the needy familys in the area. A great time was had by all whom attended and a Huge thank you goes out to GEV for the use of their Engine to be used as santa sleigh. pics of the event are below

Tullytown Fire Welcomes Home The New Field 33

Saturday, November 2, 2013 After a long 12 years without a brush truck the Fire company welcomes and puts into service the new Field 33. a 1995 chevy 3500. Listed below is the Equipment on the truck:

Cab & Chasis info:

1995 chevy 3500 4×4 with a 4 inch lift kit. It has a chevy 454 motor.
12,000lb front bumper mounted winch
2 person crew/followed by utility 33


200 gal water tank

300 gpm pump

  • 300 ft of 1in forestry hose 3-fire rakes
  • 200 ft of 1 in. booster line 1-3 ft pry bar
  • 50ft of 3 in pony line 1-portable handlight
  • 1-pulaski wildland axe 1-chainsaw

  • 1-haligan bar 4-collapsible indian tanks
  • 2-brush brooms 2- 3 in hard sleeves
