On August 13th the officers and members of the fire company started their training on the new Scott 5.5 airpacks. The fire company recently swiched over to the scott 5.5 from our old MSA Airpack. The Company MES which we purchased the packs from is doing a three week training class at the lower end fireschool so the members can wear and get used to the new packs. The fire company was able to purchase the airpacks through a federal grant we received a few months back. TFC is excicted about our new airpacks and look forward to putting them into service after the last training night is complete. A huge thank you goes out to MES For everything they are doing for us and the new airpacks. Picture will be updated through the three weeks.
